After struggling with back pain for years Tegan reluctantly went to a Pilates class as advised by a GP, thinking that it would be super easy and not worth her time – so wrong! She found the regular mat classes hugely improved her posture and back pain, and this developed into a huge love for Pilates.
Tegan then started coming to our Reformer Pilates classes and really enjoyed how it made her body feel and the strength and agility she gained from it! Tegan loved it so much that her journey with Pilates training started. She is now trained in both Mat & Reformer Pilates with the APPI which is a method developed by physios and she loves to share her story and passion with others!
Her classes are super fun, dynamic, challenging but most of all FUN!
